Global Alliance Travel Services (GATS) is formed by a team of experienced staff members of the airlines industry in Malaysia, with specialization in the representation of airlines as their sole General Sales Agent and as a provider of marketing services to travel services’ suppliers. We are very focus in our business of representing our principals and suppliers with the provision of highly dedicated and result oriented services.

We are committed to working closely with airlines operators to explore, identify and systematically implement the best possible measures together to achieve long term satisfying partnership in today’s challenging business environment.

At the present moment, we are representing the following airlines as their sole General Sales Agent (GSA) : Air Astana, Austrian Airlines, Bangkok Airways and Hahn Air in Malaysia; and LOT Polish Airlines in both Malaysia & Singapore.
